Atsource has now included a convenient Payment Slip feature to the Atsource Discharge of Mortgage software. This feature allows the Legal Professional to simply click on a button and a fully configured payment slip is produced with the correct address, in a window envelope friendly format, to send the funds to the financial institution. It also includes the information the Financial Institution needs to fully identify the mortgage and properties to which the funds apply. To use this, go to the Transaction Page, click on a Transaction and then click on “Print Payment Slip” under “Actions” on the left hand side of the page. This will open a PDF of the payment slip for you to print. Please call Atsource customer service at 604-538-3221 if you have any questions or comments. |

Atsource has now released a new graphical tracking component to our Discharge of Mortgage system. This new feature provides a snapshot progress bar for each transaction indicating the current state of a process and which party, the Legal Professional, the Financial Institution or Atsource, is currently working on it. Users can click on the bar for more details which includes the immediate action required of the individual looking at the transaction.
